1st Day of the Rest of My Life

I am committed to living just this 1 Day smoke-free.

My Dr. has prescribed me Bupropion and I have been taking one tablet per day for the past 6 Days. ToDay I take 2 as well as the Nicorette Patch. 
I have been preparing to end my smoking career of 25 years for all of 2016 and the first 13 days of 2017.  

There is nothing special about this Day except that, it is ToDay that I am ready to cut out completely. I have everything in place.
I vow to live this entire Day without cigarettes. 

I will write a new post on Day #2.
