This journey is a difficult one.  There is a saying anything worth having you have to work for.  I've gone through every emotional feeling to me. Having this community has is so beneficial to me.  Seeing what others are enduring helps keep me on track.  My cousin and I were quitting together and because she keeps slipping she doesn't want to talk to me.  She stated because I'm doing good I'm her trigger.  What?!  Be this as it may I have to keep going on.
