No Smoke, No Vape, No Patience

I think I need a break from the EX Community, just for a little while. I'm finding myself losing patience and no one needs to see that. Part of this is coming from the increase in posts from folks quitting Juul. I've been seeing Juul ads on TV lately, too. This is really triggering for me. Vaping helped me quit cigarettes, for which I will be forever grateful, but quitting Juul made me so sad, they're that good.

On the one hand, being triggered by the Juul stuff should make me want to stay on so I can talk about it. But so far that hasn't helped, so until I can control myself I'm gonna keep my mouth shut.

I became nicotine-free on Christmas Day 2017. That's what I use as my quit date. I had smoked cigarettes for 45 years, then vaped Juuls for a few months before quitting cold turkey when I used up my supply of pods. I am a retired widow, living in Upstate NY.
