Just flushed the last of my rolly tobacco down the toilet and threw away my box and papers. Yikes. I'm trying to mean it this time. When I wake up in the morning I'm gonna tear into that Nicorette gum. Aaargh.

started smoking at 25 living in Paris; that was 35 years ago. started slow, but at around age 35 increased to present level. Once tried vaping and it sorta helped. Now am trying this plus Nicorette.
