I am in my third day of quitting and no matter what I do, I just want to smoke. I already know that I my lungs are acting up in a bad way and so is my budget. So this will be my third quit.
How long is this suffering going to last?
I would love it to hear how others ignored the CRAVING! I drink lots ofwater, chew whole cloves (burning my mouth), work harder than ever in my office but the nicotiner is calling me from all the corners. I have to get through this third day.
