Okay, I out of nowhere really wanted a smoke today. I finally had to leave the house to get it out of my head. I went and bought a trip tip sandwich instead. Feeling better now! Good thing there were no cigs anywhere in my house (believe me I looked). So this is the second time I've had these intensive cravings, and the second time that getting something to eat made me feel better. Do you think I'm confusing hunger with cravings?
