I'm am feeling nicotine withdraw really bad today. I identify the cravings out loud when I start feeling them and then, I choose to do something in my quit kit to distract me, and I seem to be okay. As you know I'm taking Chantix and I'm on my 5th day now. So the Chantix is blocking the nicotine, even though I'm smoking I can feel the withdraw. The ciggys don't satisfy my cravings like they used to, so I'm doing what you all said. Do everything besides smoking. I haven't quit yet, 2 more days but this a full on craving. I'm continuing to reduce my cigarettes not on purpose but they just aren't doing it for me. But your feedback and encouragement does wonders for me!
