I am still smoke free.

Went with the 14mg patch yesterday. Ended up chewing more nicotine gum, 2 or 3, until they lost all flavor. It was a very long day but I got through it with help from all of you. Thanks again for being here and sharing and supporting!I

It looks like a lovely day today weather-wise and I'm trying to wake up and go out with my puppy so we can enjoy it.

Speaking of my pup, he is giving me the look. Better get dressed and get going!
