Feeling less anxious and little to no cravings today.  Really amazing.  Limited caffeine intake which helped to keep me focused and calm throughout a very busy day.  What a difference a day makes.  If you are having or have had a gnawing craving, racing thoughts, anxiousness, etc., etc. please know if you wait a minute, an hour, a day, it will get better.  The difference a day makes, especially on nicotine-free day 4, is pretty dramatic.

I am a 55 year old health care professional and have considered myself a non smoker my entire adult life. I was a runner (and smoked), yogi, walker, exerciser, clean food advocate, etc. But smoked secretly anyway. It is the nicotine I’m addicted to, not the habit. Quitting nicotine makes me feel so uncomfortable and disoriented. Have used patches and lozenges. Patches kept me awake at night so became addicted to lozenges years ago when quitting. Am now back in the same predicament. Quit again today and am back on lozenges.
