Last cigarette

So the last cigarette sitting on my dresser was staring at me, and was becoming an obsession, so I just smoked it and put an end to it. FREEDOM!

I made it joyful; I said goodbye and good riddance, then threw out my ashtrays and I feel much better now that the last cigarette isn't looming over me. I'm trying to stay positive.... I'm glad it's over with.
