It's been almost a week...and I m so tempted tonight. I want a cigarette,  but I don't want to smoke. If that even makes sense. I don't miss the cigs, I do miss the motion and the ritual. How do I get over this hump? How do I replace the motion and ritual?


Any advice is appreciated.  I do not want to pick them back up.
