Hello to all my friends! I promise, I shall make a real effort to check in more often.
It is going to take me a while to get use to the new format. It is definitely different!!
My good news is that through the gluten free diet, I have been able to get off the steroids. I am extremely grateful for that!
Of more interest to this group is that I still have not picked up a cigarette. This is not to say that I have not WANTED to smoke, it only says that, to date, I have not. Maybe one day I'll get to be one of you happy folks. Since I'm still needing to mow the grass instead of push it up, there is hope...
Glad to be back. I've got to play around here before I know what I'm doing!!
