Two years

Thank you for the congratulations. Two years of freedom feels really good and very normal... I am so glad I can say that! 2 years ago I was terrified and excited to finally be done with smoking. 

It used to be all I thought about. Now I hardly think about smoking at all. If you are just beginning this journey, know that it gets easier and that you truly can do it!
