Since I had a few hits yesterday I'm not sure weather I can consider this day four or not!! Either way, I've been putting a lot of thought into what else I should do instead of smoke when I get that feeling that I'm missing something or need to go smoke. For instance, when I got home lastnight instead of heading to the garage I went to eat ice cream, which was all gone. So I ate cereal. I'm not sure that's the best replacement!!
