123imustbeweak's Status Update on 05/02/2020

Just starting my journey to be nicotine  free, I started vaping five years ago to try to quit smoking, I’ve been using Juul for over a year now but am way more addicted to nicotine than when I smoked cigarets. I’m really struggling... feeling the withdrawals physically, mentally, and emotionally! I really hope I can get through this.

Welcome and Congrats on your decision to quit. Everything you are experiencing should be a huge wake up call to you and even more of the encouragement you need to see this thru.  Addiction to anything is scary. You so have the ability to do this. Read, read, read and read. Google everything you are going thru. Someone else has already experienced it and will have a helpful tip to get thru it. The biggest thing though is to remember, YOU WILL get thru it.  You will be okay. You’ve just got to hang on. We are here for you and to let you know there is light at the end of the tunnel. Stay Amazing!

Thanks so much for the encouragement! I’ve found this to be a very isolating experience but I’m so glad to have found others who can relate. I can’t wait to be completely nicotine free...
