Fun Day Monday or Monday Fun Day!

Fun Day Monday that was my mantra when I returned to work from the weekend.  Everybody would have the Monday blues and I would have this positive attitude that "some did not like".  So my negative would be a positive.  Monday. Fun day.   Mentally and physically you have had time to rest and relax (some) but anyway.  Just try it and see what happens when you make your Monday a FUN day instead of Monday Blues.  

I am up ready for the new challenges of the week.  I will create memories and explore new adventures.  That is what my goals are of course I will do my weekly MOVING challenges.  What are you going to do to make this day and everyday as fun and positive?  Smoke free and happy is the way to be.  Don't stay stuck in the quicksand like Chuck wrote.  https://excommunity.becomeanex.org/community/conversations/blog/2017/06/25/the-swamp Or will you grab on the vine of new opportunity freedom from procrastination, negativity, couch "potatoism" lol.  wow that is a real word.  Anyway.  Have a fun day Monday I am going to ride the train and get this day MOVING.

I admit to feeling a bit sluggish this morning, but hope to get another bed weeded and mulched and take advantage of some cooler weather...............

or - I could just binge watch Orange is the New Black.

LOL!  Too funny we both wrote about mondays.  I will try to be more positive about my crappy start to my day!

I WILL do my moving challenge today...one way or another.  I like that Monday, FUN day, hahaha, I'll bet you got some dirty looks.

Eyes would roll, dirty looks, muffles and comments oh Lord her she goes.  It just made a big difference in my attitude and my day.  Monday with a smile on my face. I was thankful to have a job and a FUND day.  lol
