Does this program offer free nicotine patches for people who need them and cannot afford them?

I don't believe so....but, please go to the Community Help page. On the far left you will see an avatar for our Site Admin Mark.......message him and ask.

Also, check out quit smoking resources in your community through the American Cancer Society or any Heart and Lung organizations. they may be able to help. I don't know what State you live in but most States have 1-800 numbers for quitting.

We do not.  Sounds like from your other post that you've already contacted your state's quitline.  

You can also check with your local healthcare professional to see what other options may be available to you.
