You have to forgive yourself first.  Let it go, get back on track and you will be okay.  Here is a bucket you can throw the shame in. pastedImage_1.jpg

Get it moving don't use anything as Excuse.  Today I am throwing in worry for all those who worry. Slam dunk. Educationis a key to a successful qutit.  Did read the suggested material? Lets get going.

The first thing you need to do is understand what caused you to "quit on your quit" and make a plan ahead of time what you will do differently this time.

There is no shame in failing - but there is in not giving it another go.  Educate, prepare, plan and  commit are my touchstones!  Did you do it ALL last time?  If not - now would be a good time to work at it.  The better prepared you are, the better prepared you will be to handle the process.

Let us know how we can help.  Glad you're back!

Just Do It!  Falling down is part of the process learning to stay up.  The key is to get right back on.  Don't Give Up!  You'll get it.

I agree with Jackie, forgive yourself! Quitting is hard enough that you don't need to be hanging with shame and guilt. Just throw them away. Pick yourself up, dust your self off and start again!

To me, so long as you haven't completely given up then you're still on the path. A lot of times, it's harder to jump back on the wagon, because you now fear failing again. Try to learn from your last relapse. Understand that you're an addict, and perhaps spend some time preparing before taking the plunge again.

If you can pinpoint most of your triggers, or what makes you want to smoke, then that would help as well. We all must forgive our past in order to see the future of freedom that we long for so badly. You can't carry that baggage of guilt with you when you once again begin walking the path of freedom.

I look forward to hearing of your future success!!

ONWARD TO FREEDOM!!!

I knew it, Dale.  I've known it for a long time.  Well, get right back on ...
