Daily Pledge, Bonfires and Quit Celebrations: Traditions born from the members
Nothing a little chocolate and dreams of the Aegean won't take care of though.
Or dreams of a Swiss lake in the Alps!
OMG - it was so beautiful and serene!
I need a cup of strong black coffee! I could have slept till noon today!
I can help you out with that, Jennifer-Quit. You must be plum tuckered out - the train today is mah-velous Freedom Train 4-5-17.
I'm also dreaming of Big Sur. Wouldn't that be cool on the back of a bike?
I can relate to that!!!
YoungAtHeart, We need to be careful so we can carry on with our dancing! I have missed 3 weeks, no more! Get better and dance on! ~Terrie~
It would indeed! We went to Sturgis, SD last year for my 50th birthday... several of our riders left two weeks early and rode west and then up the coast. It was not their first time doing so. They tell me that their very favorite part of that trip is not the coast, but crossing the Golden Gate Bridge on a bike.
Good morning my friends, I have been reading and commenting for a while, time for a coffee break; but don't worry, I'll get my own, so used to serve everyone at my house, might as well serve myself too :-)!
I am sorry you have to go through the shots: c2q and YoungAtHeart, I had them both: epidurals a couple of times, and the cortisone shots in both knees just this past December. And they always helped me; it takes a little while, but then I regained the mobility once the level of pain went down! Now it is my heel, but no needle or cortisone in there, it is way to painful I'll just wait to pass!
This weekend and into next week we'll have our son's in-laws visiting, so if you don't see me much, please don't worry, I'll be busy cooking and baking, and taking them places while they are in town. Like the botanical garden, wonderful in spring time
YoungAtHeart for crying out loud, would you PLEASE take care of your knee and your ankle...maybe you should rub some chocolate on that leg! Chocolate heals everything, right?
