color/font

i know it has been explained but I can't find where the answer is??? How can I change the color of my text?

OMG, I can't remember and it was SO SIMPLE.  There is a little drop down menu with colors but I can't find it here.  Nancy YoungAtHeart‌ HELP, sorry, you think YOUR brain has issues, it was within a week that you showed/told me and it's gone.

It is at the end of the row that the camera is on - there is the camera, then a black box with a triangle, and then the three black dots?

Only in SOME places, I cannot get the font to change on this thread, my dots are not there even if I go to the original post and try to comment.  I did comment on what I think was a blog and I was able to change the color there.

Hover over each item and it will tell you what it does.  The color is the fifth from the left on the second row - the A that is underlined.
