I have two Dr.'s appointments scheduled for 8:30 this morning.

How does this happen?  Just lucky I guess.

Well, that and the fact that I don't use a smart phone.

I attempted to change one of them last Thursday.

They told me to come in after the other one.

They also told me I couldn't have anything to eat for 12 hours.

I eat my last meal early so by the time I am able to eat again, it will have been over 16 hours.

Therefore,

I think the posting of scrumptious food needs to be banned on fasting blood work days.until after10am PST
