I owe you BIG TIME for the help yesterday. We were crazy busy at the charity event; raised more than we expected, which benefits local kids and vets. Once I hit that legion, I never looked at my phone or opened my laptop. It was unexpected, for sure, and I'm so grateful you picked up my slack!  Big hugs and thanks!!

I am so sorry to hear that Nancy, and if you don't mind I'd join you and share some of that chocolate cake. You are totally understood by someone used to walk so much, and have been put to rest for now about 4 months. I do not use a cane or any walking help, but the most I can walk is inside the house, and to the store, occasionally.  How long is this last "rest order" for you?  Mine is approximately another 2 weeks until the next blood tests are back.

Can you use any supporting device (like an elastic wrap around the left knee), would that help?
