Give and get support around quitting

Memories, light the corners of my mind

I've been going back in my old blogs to find things for the newcomers and also to reaffirm myself of how solid my quit is.  My husband has found a new hangout.  He now hangs out at the local bait shop (the manly man he is) and that man who owns it is one heck of a chain smoker.  I can always tell when he stops down there.  Now, mind you, about 10 months ago, I'd be breathing in deep and relishing those smells.  Now it just stinks.  Here's one of my earlier blogs I wrote back in the beginning: /blogs/crazymama_Lori-blog/2016/03/25/spread-those-wings

Even third hand smoke can set an Addict off!

Stinky!

You'd be smart to tell hubby to bathe and brush his teeth if he wants to get near you!

I agree with Thomas.  I cannot stand to be around smoke, 2nd or 3rd hand.  It isn't worth it.

Crazy how 2nd and 3rd hand smoke affects us, isn't it?  My cravings are always much worse after ww have meetings at our legion (private club so the bar is smoker friendly).  Worse than my clothes is my hair after being there...it just reeks.

The morning after a meeting is filled with cravings and my chest is tight like I smoked 2 packs. Crazy!  It's hard for me to believe that i ever lived a smoking life.

You're right on every levrl, Lori. Loved the spread your wings blog!
