Good afternoon, all.  I am trying to get caught up on things that NEED to get done and I am not moving too well today.  It is a gorgeous and sunny day and I am going to find a way to get out there somehow...I need a ladder so I can re-organize my closet which has shelves I cannot reach.  I would just LOVE one of those designer coffees, already had my black coffee this morning so that almond mocha frappuccino with extra whipped cream sounds amazing and just might get me moving a little faster.

Working on developing my quititude today... I start a 3 hour mini quit in 1 1/2 hours...  My quit date is the 11th.  Can't wait!

Remember we are here...never heard of a 3 hour mini quit but, then again, whenever I traveled anywhere, I always had mini quits in airports, like it or not.  Life is SO MUCH BETTER without nicotine controlling me.

I had longer mini-quits: flew to India from Phoenix, through LA, London, to destination - Bangalore (East Coast India), and that was an over 24 hours "mini-quit".  It took me a while and several light headed states to get back to my "normal, smoking, state".  It is always feasible, no one died from cravings, but many people did from smoking.  My advice: pick your quit date, and go for it.  With the right education, the right mind set, with all the support here, you can do it, much like we all did it!

Stopping by for a soy mocha no whipped cream please. Blinkers are working correctly now! Corrosion was the problem. They were able to clean it up for me. Still have a couple of others things to fix but they will have to wait for now. Only there for 3 hours so not to bad. Able to chit chat with the men for a while about fishing and stuff. I miss having those conversations with my husband.
