Oh Boy, unlike Donna, my reckless eating is having it's way. I haven't started my uhQuit yet but accumulative disregard = accumulative weight gain. Anything over 260 right now IS NOT acceptable, so I will refrain today and try to stay active.

YIKES.... I double whammied myself. I was truely enjoying the downward trend even though I was not putting a lot of effort into it. Forced to shovel snow (though beneficial) was just a thing needing done  not a real plan. I pigged out yesterday and did no excercise and look what happened! No time to write now but the correlation with being inactive thus inducing the munchies from boredom is identical to me as when I used to smoke from boredom. I work hard all week, I deserve a break so I lay around and eat, eat and eat ....REALLY??/?

My weight is nothing more than an ALARM BELL! The more overweight I am the louder the Alarm Bells & Warning Sirens.

For me, the following is how I correlate my weight to the warning bells: 

260 - 280:  National Disaster Siren going off. (Could not ignore it any more)

(4/4/15) - 250 - 260: Three Alarm Fire (Not a good place to be)

240 -250; One Alarm Fire (Structure could be salvaged)

230 - 240: School Recess Bell (Follow the rules)

220-230: Morning Alarm Clock (A good start to the day)

210-220: A Servants Bell: (A call to the dinner table)

My weight is nothing more than an ALARM BELL! The more overweight I am the louder the Alarm Bells & Warning Sirens.

For me, the following is how I correlate my weight to the warning bells: 

260 - 280:  National Disaster Siren going off. (Could not ignore it any more)

250 - 260: Three Alarm Fire (Not a good place to be)

(5/0615) - 240 -250; Two Alarm Fire (Salvagable, “OBESE”)

230 - 239: One Alarm Fire (The Rules, “OVERWEIGHT”)

200-230: Morning Alarm Clock (Wake Up! “OVERWEIGHT”)

148-199: A Servants Bell: (A call to the dinner table)
