Love seeing you lose the weight without much effort.  But I think you really are more aware of what you are eating.

Good job John!!

Thanks Bonnie. It is taking a lot of effort. But I'm feeling good about it. You are right, I'm being much more aware and with that awareness comes restraint. That part is hard at times.

But I'm eager and willing to be healthier, and just like smoking It's a choice.

Right now I'm 50% willpower & 50% willingness, anxious for my first aha moment.

I wouldn't have gotten this far without you all in this group. (Thats a fact)

3/28/15 Saturday

I don't believe it..... I completely abandoned my Diete yesterday My wife went with the girls for the weekend and I had the house to myself. I broke and raided the fridge all day in conjunction with Endlessly watching TV.

I feared I was going to be back up to 258, but I went down. We have a good accurate scale (We've had one in the past that was all over the place). I still checked myself 5 times moving the scale to different places. (Dodged a bullet)

Soooo certain people have reminded me today is my day to commit. For my Healthy Diete, the first thing I'm going to do is DeTox my body. As part of MY Healthy Diete, I will periodically DeTox by doing a 3-5 day Juice "Diet".

Wow not bad  Now the real challenge begins.  Good luck my friend and I ate good most of the day so far and at 2:00 have 10,417.  When I said most I mean I had three double stuffed oreaos with natural peanut butter on them.

I have a question and this will sound familiar especially when a person quits smoking and has a relapse, What exactly caused you to binge? What have you learned from it to move on? What were your feelings that day that may have contributed? really think about it cause this will be part of your lifestyle change. Sorry to be a little hard on you, John, just helping 🙂

Now i am going to agree with Bonnie above, thank you for all that you do here 🙂
