MY MENTAL HEALTH TODAY DURING DAY THREE!!!!

YEAH, I ALWAYS USE CALL CAPS AND BOLD LETTERS.  IT IS SO MUCH EASIER ON MY EYES AND MAYBE YOURS TOO.  IT'S A GREAT TODAY OUT HERE IN THE STICKS OF THE OZARKS THIS MORNING THE ACTUAL TEMPERATURE WAS 1 DEGREE FAHARENHEIT.  I WAS GRATEFUL THAT I AM A NON-SMOKER.  OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE BEEN SUCKING ON THE CANCER  STICKS WAITING FOR THE DOGS TO PERFORM.

I STARTED THE MENTAL HEALTH GROUP BECAUSE I AM MULTI-DIAGNOSED WITH SEVERAL MENTAL/EMOTIONAL DISORDERS AND REQUIRE SEVERAL DIFFERENT MEDICATIONS DAILY TO STABALIZE MY BODY CHEMISTRY.  IT OCURRED TO ME THAT BY SIMULTANEOUSLY ELIMINATING NICOTENE ALONG WITH THE THOUSANDS OF OTHER CHEMICALS IN CIGARETTES THAT I MIGHT VERY WELL ENCOUNTER SOME EXTREME AND PERHAPS EVEN DANGEROUS REACTIONS.

THIS IS MY THIRD DAY AND SO FAR  THINGS ARE GOIING  PRETTY WELL FOR ME.  I JUST REALIZED THAT I FORGOT TO TAKE MY MORNING MEDS THOUGH.  AT ANY RATE TODAY IS GOING WELL AND I AM GRATEFUL FOR ALL OF YOU WHO HAVE GIVEN ME POSITIVE SUPPORT.  I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO YOUR RESPONSE SINCE I PROPOSE THIS AS A DISCUSSION TOPIC!

Hey Moody, I don't believe in luck so you and your timeing are a gift frm God to me.  I had been re-reading old messages and came across one of yours.  I was wondering if the picture is an old one of Thor and what breed.  He/she looks like a full blooded boxer to me which used to be my favorite breed!  Now that I have Annie my 8 month pedigreed American Bull Dog the Boxers are 2nd (or equal) favorite.  indeed my vision is s hindrance and while your dog could be a Boxer he could very well be an American Bull Dog!

I am very grateful for the links.  I don't know how to send links; but, when I get them I pull them and book mark them.  So far the type size on the links has been legible!  Thanks so much.

Thor was the best dog a person could ever have and I'm using his picture when he was about 7 years old as a tribute to him. He died on December 6th, 4 weeks ago after we had to make the decision to put him out of his misery. He was 12 1/2 years old and we'd had him since he was 8 weeks old.

He was a pure bred, pedigreed Boxer. We have another Boxer, Loki. He's about 6 years old. Boxers are wonderful companions.

BB, if you will go to your own page, then click on Blog, you will see all of your previous blogs there. So, all of the links I gave you will be there for you anytime you want to read them.

I know you're in day 4 and just wanted to give you some information that might help you learn more about some of the withdrawal symptoms and how to make it easier on yourself. Quitting smoking is the best thing I've EVER done for myself....you'll begin to feel a lot calmer in week 3. But, just get there without smoking is key.

BigBear1 : Mental  Health is so important..... I suffer from depression. Sometimes it only lasts a few hours - but sometimes it can last for days.. I find that I smoke MORE when Im depressed.. Ive been on this site for only one day -- but I have learned so much, from so many. Today is Jan 17th - so this is your 17th day of being SMOKE FREE. Congratulations... Great job... My quit date is Feb 14, 2014 and Im kind of nervous -- but I know that being SMOKE FREE will bring me so much freedom !!!
