Hi I’m Patrick, I started vaping pretty early on around when I was 15 or so and I’m now going on 19. I’ve been fed up with nicotine for a while but have been struggling a lot with quitting as vape usage is very popular at my college and hometown and I’ve found it very hard to quit around so many people that use it. I’ve tried to a painful number of times and was successful briefly a few times but I always came back to it. So now I’m here and hoping this can help keep me on track and motivated. I don’t have a lot of people that I’m able to voice this to or talk about with so even just typing this out has been helpful so here’s to finally quitting! I’ve spent an ungodly amount of money on vapes and my family hates it and at this point so do I and I’ve been concerned it might be affecting my health. So any tips or advice is absolutely welcome as I typically find the first week of quitting to be the most difficult for me and I’ve got a few more days until quit day.
Hi. And welcome. I'm not sure what the protocol is for dealing specifically for vape withdrawal. But there is a lot of good support here in Ex if you want to quit smoking. I guess we can call vaping smoking, right? Good for you for going for a strong quit! I'm here and pretty new, so I'm gonna let some of the long timers chime in. Until they do, read, read, read, read, read. Click around all over in here. You'll find great, helpful stuff at every turn.
See you soon.
...and what day do you have scheduled for your quit?
You can do this! Yahoo!
