I am so disappointed in myself...over the last 3 days i had 7 cigs!  Had almost 50 days!  I dont want to go back!  Please!  Dear elders!  Esp those who almost went back please give me advice!  Yell at me!  Do whatever u have to do...help me not to go back!

Quit again right now! Throw out those cigarettes'! I know how bad it can be, I relapsed for months. I hated myself every time I lit up. My son told me that my face had a grayish color and that I look too old for 41. I went back to this site and created a new quit date and started over. This was Sunday night, I actually walked back in the door from Target where I just went for patches because the cravings were strong. I feel so much better about myself. You can do it too!!
