CatsRsmart Your quit date is automatically synced from My Quit Plan over into the community and appears in your profile. It shows up in the card that appears when you mouse over your username and on your My Quit Stats page of your profile (Please note it is off by one day currently due to a bug).

Because of the additional functionality of the new community we don't recommend and actually advise against adding your quit date to your username. We realize that was done previously as it was hard on the previous site to know what someone's quit date was.  Additionally when you add a quit date you make it potentially more difficult for people to @Mention you.  Usernames must be unique on the site so if you change yourself to CatsRsmart-4-8-2017 someone else can come and become CatsRsmart‌ even though you were the original. CatsRsmart is memorable and short and sweet.

Additionally since you were around before, we took all the links to your old profile on the previous community and and linked it up to your new profile.  If you updated your profile those links would break. Then if someone else came and became CatsRsmart‌ after you then your old links would then link to their profile.  What a mess   So I'm going to advise highly against it.

While I am very optimistic, there was a user who asked me to add their quit date some time ago and then they relapsed but their old quit date was stuck on their profile even though they set a new quit date.

You can change your profile image and avatar at any time. There is also a Banner on your profile. You can change that too. Simply go to CatsRsmart‌.

We DO NOT recommend you delete your old blogs. There is no reason to. In fact, they probably contain other people's comments and by deleting your blog it would delete the thoughtful comments others have made on  your blogs . That's not fair to those people.  Additionally your old blogs may be valuable to others in their quit journey. Deleting them might reduce the effectiveness of this site.  Them being there doesn't hurt anything and it's a beautiful history of your quit journey. Not every quit journey is perfect but it is always beautiful!

How do I put a picture in my profile

Juliejules2456‌ You click on your profile and then click Actions and Edit profile. If you're on your phone. Turn it sideways to see the actions menu.  Once in Edit profile. Click on the Profile Picture tab and then  upload an image. You can also edit your Avatar and upload a picture as well.
