Issue with Points: Post here!

Please read: If you have an opinion about points, please don't post it here. You can post your opinion in (/blogs/Mark-blog/2018/06/25/the-scoop-on-jive-rewards-badges-points-and-quests?sr=search&searchId=73...This post is only for reporting issues when points aren't accumulating.

If you encounter an issue where you are not receiving points. Please post here so I can let the support team know to investigate your account and restore the counter.

I would just assume that the platform take me completely out of the system of points entirely and quit sending me updates...since it can't be kept in a serviceable condition. it is obviously broken...then take it away from me entirely.  I really don't want to be stressed by having a list of my worth, or accumulation of badges that I was given in the past here, only to see that they are no longer of any value or credit...it is actually demeaning, and incitefully stressful.  Please remove me from it in it's totality.  thanks

Pops‌ I'm not sure exactly. It was just an assumption given an experience I had encountered before.  We're working on moving the community to a new platform before the end of 2020. Points may be not relevant on the new platform so it may not matter for anyone.  This could possibly be true for badges as well. Your content should all still be there. That in itself is more valuable than any badges awarded or points earned.  I'll ask about it but I'm not sure there might a definite answer.

Over the weekend there were some widespread issues on the internet that may have lead to some of the issues that were and continue to be experienced on the EX Community. Currently points are not being accumulated as a result. It is being worked on and points will resume being accumulated as soon as they can fix the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience in the mean time.

They thought they had a solution this morning but it still isn't working. They're continuing to look into it and I'll report back when the issue has been resolved.

Just noticed that my points are not adding over what looks like the last 3 days.   Today my points are frozen at 11 gained

Points seem to have stopped working again as of earlier today.  Just an FYI.
