Does Vaping help with not wanting a cigarette?

Does anyone here Vape? And how much does it help with not wanting a cigarette?

Good for you! You quit your way, and did so with a proven way that has worked for millions.

At least one study has shown that people who vape to quit smoking do so for an average of 18 months, so you were way above average in getting off the vapes. They tend to do so by tapering down their nic level, just as you did.  Even those who continue to vape reduce the risk by at least 95%, so long-term vaping is still way way better than smoking.

A study. That's what I've been waiting for. Can you give us a link?

Still waiting for the link to that study. Was it a word of mouth or hearsay study?

So You Want to Quit Vaping? No One Actually Knows How | WIRED

E-cigarettes often contain nicotine, THC, or both. Their design can make them more addictive, and harder to quit, than regular cigarettes. Vape pens can deliver greater doses of nicotine because they use nicotine salts, which are smoother to inhale.

Glad vaping has helped you get off cigarettes.  And now you're DOING GREAT with weaning off the vape.  Down to half the amount of nicotine.  BRAVA!  Keep going!
