That's why I love this site!!  Connections.  Feeling valued.  Sharing stories.  Supporting each other.  But, I have a confession to make.  No laughter, please, and no judgment.

I don't know some of your names.  Your user name, yes.  But your given name, no.  Does it matter? You don't have to share that and some choose not to.  That's ok.  I can call you @kath2092bid.  I can call you @momanddadsmoketoo.  But sometimes it's nice to say, "Hi, Nancy!"  or "Wonderful news, Terry!"  or "How you feeling, Larry?"

So, I'll start.  My name is Sheri.  Dancingthrulife is my user ID because at that time, a friend told me that it looked like I was dancing though life.  

How did you chose you user name?  If you want to share, what's your first name?  And you can even share something about yourself if you want to.

I bought my oldest son a mandolin years and years ago.  He still has it but I don't think he seriously played.  You are SO creative, Missy!!  Painting, music, poetry....you bring beauty to life

I’m Kassie named after a character in the book “The Dollmaker” but with a different spelling. It was also a movie starring Jane Fonda. 

I chose the screen name SisBB because my roller derby name is Sis Boom Bonnie. This would have been my 13th season.

Hi Kassie!!  So very glad you're here. I remember watching roller derby on TV when I was growing up.  I've been skating ever since!!  Wow, you must live a very interesting life. I'd love to hear some stories

Speaking of OxfordComa‌ that person hasn't shown up in quit a while.  I hope they're still quit and still skatin'!  Would love to know why they chose that grammatical term for their on-line name.

Well, my first name is Brenda. My middle nor last name do not start with M, but my married name is stupid-long, because I changed my name per the traditions of my husband's culture (Peru), so my last name is (maiden name) de (husband's name). His last name is Martinez. I go by Brenda Martinez when I want to be more anonymous, since my maiden name is pretty uncommon, and my married name is ridiculous.

Thanks, sis! Congratulations on SEVEN YEARS! How great is that? How are you and yours all doing? We're doing fine. Everyone is safe and healthy. Matthias went back to daycare last week for the first time in 3.5 months, and he is over the moon. I feel really bad for him that he had such lousy playmates (us) for so long.
