Good Morning,
I am about to start my daily workout routine: Max Trainer and a Video. Wanted to see what all of you are doing to stay fit.
Ok, bit off more than I can chew I will get to that point I stated earlier but ended up stretching for 16 minutes and Max Trainer for 6 minutes and no video or abs. Maybe every other day MaxTrainer and the other day Video and abs at Two on 1 off: that's my plan. From Sedentary to fit I have to start small. But I did it, first workout as an ex smoker 23 minutes and winded!
I run/ walk three miles every other day. I have gotten my speed up to finishing in 45 minutes. I love running outside down my dirt road. It is so beautiful this time of year!
I also do some back strengthening exercises.
I hope to run in the Cooper River Bridge Run 10k race again, in Charleston, SC .The last time I ran I was 30 years old and finished in 47 minutes. I am 61 now and I want to do it again. I know I can if I take it slow so I won’t injure myself.My joints aren’t as young as they use to be.Back then I didn’t really have to train, I could just do it! It’s very different now.
