Give and get support around quitting
I commute for about an hour both to and from work. i used to drive a taxi and delivery truck and I have smoked through it all
drinking water, eating popcorn, singing along with the radio, etc....
Drinking bottled water, carrot sticks, hard candy, cinnamon stick you pretend you are smoking, listen to a book etc.,
I keep bottled water handy, along with sugar free hard candy. I also bought coffee stirrers which I can put in my mouth and breathe deep then exhale. We can do this!
Bring some lemons with when CRAVING hits hard bite it just lije and apple - craving dies quickly - bring some CINNAMON sticks to chew on like a toothpick - buy a MercyMe cd and sing along - title song I can only imagine - PRAY asking God to help you by saying Serenity prayer - the prayer - God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change Courage to change the things I can and the Wisdom to know the difference and please know and remember - these are MY loving - HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS - please take what HELPS and let go of the rest - to be HELPFUL is MY only aim - thank you
