It is TOTALLY in your control.  You can choose to buy a pack or not!  You can CHOOSE to go back to Day One again - or not!  You know you don't want to do that, so write down all the reasons you quit - and think about giving all those benefits up.

Choose wisely!

Don’t do it...your health is more important...ride the wave and move on to the next day...then the next...blessings

It would not be worth it to start over, day one is not a place anyone wants to be.  Please try to avoid second hand smoke as much as possible, it can do more than make you think about smoking, it can fill your newly cleaned lungs with someone else's waste products.  You can do this and it is so worth it.  It gets easier.

yea the crave seemed impossible so I had nicotine gum. I wonder how long it will be until I can quit chewing the gum too. It really was a close call for me today. Thanks for the support.

I'm glad you didn't smoke . It isn't worth losing your quit or undoing what's done . You've come a long way . Keep going . Good job .

My experience with secondary smoke, I used to spit (finding washroom etc) immediately. This helped me to mentally delink with secondary smoke if inadvertently smelled.

Try out some similar trick, may be you can drink sip of water, do inhale and exhale for a minute, etc some sort of action to nullify that smell.

Buying a pack is not answer please. Remember NOPE

All the best !

Hope everything went OK.  We're going to smell cigarette smoke, but doesn't mean we have to act on it.  In fact, I still like the way a cigarette smells burning, but no the stale smell left behind.
