If I've gotten your quit date wrong, be sure to update it and then go through the steps to sync it to the community.

Please check your Community Profile to see if you've indicated how many cigarettes on average you smoked per day. Then go to the My Quit Stats tab in your profile to see how many cigarettes you have avoided or put the mouse over your username and then click the little "ex" button in the lower left of the hovercard pop-up.

*** Stats are approximate based on people who have been active on EX Community in last 549 days, have indicated a quit date and have indicated cigs/day that they smoked on average when they were a smoker. People who didn't specifically indicate how many they smoked on average were assumed to have smoked 20/cigs a day.

It's funny, I briefly stopped by here yesterday to look in, but I missed this posting. Oddly, I had a feeling I should be celebrating something. So, if any newbies or doubters happen to see this, let me tell you that it is entirely possible to get to a place in life where any thoughts relating to smoking are so few and far between you will realize that your previous addiction was indeed going against the grain of how a normal, healthy person should act or feel. And if that rare instance does occur where you have a memory of dealing with life by lighting up, you will instantly acknowledge the absurdity of dealing with a problem by creating another problem (addiction and the constant need to fill that desire). Four and a half years after quitting, I can honestly say it makes me very sad I spent such a huge chunk of my life feeding that addiction and feeling powerless to figure out how to break the chains. And I am elated and incredibly grateful to have found help here that enabled me to find freedom forever.
