The nicotine is out of your system three days after you stop putting it in, then it's your body adjusting to life without it. There are withdrawals, but if you think of it like the flu as something you just have to get past, it will be much easier. Read all you can here about dealing with the issues you might encounter. Some have little or no physical symptoms, so it may not be as bad as you fear. If you accept that you might be uncomfortable for a few weeks and work on solutions to any discomfort you might experience, you will get through it with flying colors - and you will be DONE with the drug withdrawal for good.
