Badges?

Hello! 

I was hoping to encourage someone with a badge today and received the message (below).

Can someone please tell me how badges work - or where to find that information?

It looks like all badges have been turned off for some reason. Hopefully this is a temporary situation.

I got the same message.  I will mention our administrator, Mark to get his attention when he checks in.

The entire "Reward System" is not working currently.  Neither points nor badges are being received and everybody has a zero point level.  Mark is aware of it.

Yes no one is likely accumulating points right now as there is an outage with all communities due to an issue with the Rewards function. This has also taken out the Leaderboards. They're working on fixing it. If I hear anything I'll be sure to update this thread. Thanks for your patience.

It's likely happening as part of the Jive Rewards add-on that is misfunctioning currently. See above. The points exist but because Jive Rewards is not working they're not appearing currently.
