I hope you understand that smoking is not a habit!  It is an addiction, and a difficult one from which to break free.  It takes commitment and real effort, but it CAN be done. It's more difficult in the beginning, but it does get easier if you hang in there through the rough time.   I hope you were able to find Allen Carr's "Easy Way to Stop Smoking" before.  If not, check your local library for it now.  Lots of good advice here, too:https://excommunity.becomeanex.org/thread/25856-trouble-waters .

Get your quit tool box ready, commit to this 100%, change up your routines and you CAN be successful!

Glad you're not giving up.   Did you create a plan and prepare?   Being ready can make it so much easier.  Reach out BEFORE you smoke and give us a chance to change your thinking.  I know the ex saved my quit several times in the early days.   We're here for you.
