Give and get support around quitting
For some reason today has been the hardest of the last four and I'm finding it difficult to care about the negative effects. I don't want to lose the progress I've made...but I am also so close to giving I tonight
Hold on don’t smoke. If you have any smokes left over with you please step on them or smash them. I am going to find you some helpful links to read don’t go away and smoke. Hang on I will be back.

Stay busy it really helps. This happened to me also and keeping busy really helps so anything to keep your mind off of smoking. Hot baths are great or showers it is relaxing.

I hope you are still hanging in there and did not go get any smokes from anyone or the store. Your brain is just screwing around with you right now don’t let this addiction get the best of you. Keep telling yourself you can do this.
I hope this morning you were able to get through a rough time because they come and go and you have to learn to deal with it no matter what. Understanding that you are withdrawing from a drug gives it a different aspect. Understand the nicotine addiction. @www.whyquit.com and read Addiction 101
