You joined the group of Ex’s already...we work the program and then read blogs, posts and respond...we also write posts which you have done...etc., am I answering what you are asking? I am not sure and I want to help...let us know...~ Colleen 307 DOF

Yes i unerstand the quit date.  I have fear of setting a date that i wont keep it.

My plan today is

1.  Finsh the carr book .  He promises ill be a non smoker happily by end of book.  So maybe i should plan that as the date.

Every person ive tod of this plan but my husband has outright laughed at me.  My Aa friend says he is not an alcoholic and our braind dont wont work like normals.  Frustrating.   In the end i am keeping an open mind.  Doing my program

I hope to abandon the thought of using the patch or aid.

Im sick and tired of smoking!

I want to be free and joyous.

I am again faced with buying more  tomorrow .  I dont want to.  I wish i read faster.

Thank u all of you.

Blessings claudia

I'm sober through AA for 31/2 yrs. 69 DOF from smoking. I've heard many people in AA use the 12 steps to quit smoking. That never worked for me. However, you can use them along with thise site for some EXtra help.
