This isn't normal right?

Hey guys

So after about 2 years of smoking a pod a day of my juul, i'm about 11 days out from quitting. For about a week now I've noticed that I have really bad light sensitivity and this feeling that I am constantly in a bubble. Like my head is in a bubble. Has anyone else experienced this? If it persists, I'm seeing a Dr. but I haven't felt fully "here" for over a week.

Thanks

https://excommunity.becomeanex.org/groups/best-of-ex/blog/2018/01/04/early-withdrawal-symptoms  is a link to get you started on doing the research about your quit.  Top right corner magnifying glass for search engine, enter keywords and read topics, blogs, and comments.  Also, go to Mayo Clinic BlogBlog that may be able to answer your question via search filter. If you do not feel better in a few days I would see the doctor.  Are you taking any medication?

Sorry, I never vaped, but haven't seen anyone describe this as a symptom of nicotine withdrawal.  Better safe than sorry. Please consult with your doctor and let us know the outcome.

I never experienced light sensitivity but I had horrible "fuzzy headedness" It reminds me of how I felt when I used to smoke pot but without the high feeling or relaxation.

So, you haven't quit yet, your 11 days from quitting? If that is the case, this has nothing to do with withdrawls, you are probably right on seeking medical attention.

Make sure you are drinking lots of water, eating right and taking walks. I also find taking vitamins help.  Feeling weird is not unusual after stopping nicotine.  Congrats on quitting.  Take good care of yourself.
