Wow!...I made it!!!.. mind over matter is what I keep telling myself...kinda rough during breaks that I would normally smoke but by the GRACE of God I made it!! Even trimmed hedges to get me through the evening...Thanks everyone. .ONE DAY AT A TIME!!
Oh I am sorry...but take this time and get familiar with the site and the addiction to nicotine. You sound like your ready, so dont wait to long to get back in the saddle, okay? We are here for you and will continue to offer you support. i had a terrible time when I quit. I mean, I failed several times and you will find many of us here have. Its very common. For me, understand ing the addiction and then making a plan and goal setting helped me. Everyones quit is different but the effort you put into iy will determines its outcome.
