Anyone quitting juul?

I’m a former smoker after 10 years I picked it back up and then used vaping to stop back in April, now I’m so addicted to Juul, anyone else quitting a juul that can give me tips. I’m freaked I’ve seen so many news stories on lung infections and even a guy dying.

Welcome to EX you have come to the right place for support. We recently have quite a few juul quitters to join the site for support.  The process for quitting smoking is almost identical to the one for quitting vaping, with the added benefit of being able to fully control the amount of nicotine you use, depending on the e-cig you are using.  Here are a few links to get you started.  I am sure those that are quitting vaping will come along and share their journey. .Quitting E-cigarettes | Guides & Tools | BecomeAnEX Just.  It is advisable to have a plan so start here.  My EX Plan | BecomeAnEX

Start by getting rid of anything associated with smoking such as ashtrays, lighter, etc.  You can do this if you make up your mind that you can.  Relearning your thinking that you do not have to smoke is a good beginning. For a while, you will think about smoking but that does not mean you have to act on it.  You can talk yourself out of smoking.  No matter what never ever take another puff.  NOPE.  Take smoking off the table as an option and do something different. 101 Things to Do Instead of Smoke SINAO smoking is not an option.  That is NOPE concept Not one puff ever.
