Have you tried uploading from you computer?

What kind of file is it? MP4?

Usually safe to anticipate a good amount of time for large mb files. How many MB?

10 minutes for short files

Let me look. Your inline images are broken BTW.

Encoding is dependent on the file size and could vary.  I think the file was over 150MB so it could take a while.

The ones in here: https://excommunity.becomeanex.org/message/205598-re-is-there-a-chance-the-video-embed-feature-will-...   They're not showing because they are images from Yahoo Mail inbox. They won't show because we obviously can't see things inside your email.

Well THAT makes sense, that you can't see them from my email box.  That's GOOD that you can't.  Anyway I've changed them so you should be able to now.

But I'm still have a problem trying to upload from my computer.  I just tried on this blog in my response:  https://excommunity.becomeanex.org/thread/25034-friends-and-finds

When I click on the video button, it goes immediately to the Embed from a website screen.  (You should be able to see this image because it's a copy and paste from the snipping tool.  If not, let me know. ) 

Before, the default used to give us a choice, Upload or Embed.

So, I then clicked on the Change Video Source, which brought up the choice above (which was what we normally got before).  But when I click on Upload a Video - nothing happens.
