I just got the chance to watch some of commercials, although I think they

are great, I have to disagree with the drinking and smoking one. I never

related drinking and smoking. Whenever I went out to a dance club I usually

didn't drink, if I drank, I didn't smoke, if I was smoking I very well

couldn't smoke on the dance floor therefore I didn't smoke whether I

drinking or dancing.

I'm the opposite. I don't drink now for the most part, but when I did drink at bars/clubs, I always took an extra pack of cigarettes because I smoked like a chimney when I drank. The first time I quit (for 8 years!), I stopped drinking but refused to give up coffee, my other trigger beverage. I can drink now, but I'm at that age where I don't want to waste 2-3 days following tying one on to complete the hangover. LOL

If I recall correctly, I was searching for smoking cessation classes and luckily stumbled on the Ex.

I also found it through a Google search. I lurked for a while and then finally made it official about 3 days into my quit. I thank God I found it and the wonderful people here!
