If I've gotten your quit date wrong, be sure to update it and then go through the steps to sync it to the community.

Please check your Community Profile to see if you've indicated how many cigarettes on average you smoked per day. Then go to the My Quit Stats tab in your profile to see how many cigarettes you have avoided or put the mouse over your username and then click the little "ex" button in the lower left of the hovercard pop-up.

OK, so you failed.  Welcome to the club.  Most of us have done that numerous times during our lifetime of quitting attempts.  But we got back up and tried again, until we made it.  Don't give up trying.  That kind of giving up is the real failure.  You admitted it.  Means you have courage.  Come on.  Give it another go.  Figure out what didn't work and find what does.  Freedom from this addiction is out there and your name's on the next ticket Sister5‌  Living with a smoker makes it harder, but not impossible. https://excommunity.becomeanex.org/community/expert-advice/blog/2017/06/21/quitting-when-you-live-wi...     and /blogs/Mandolinrain-blog/2018/09/21/dealing-with-mate-friends-that-still-smoke     And there are hundreds of other blogs on that topic.  Just type something like "living with a smoker" in the search box.  Might find some more material that will help spur you on.  Rootin' for ya!

Failure happens to everyone. But what will you do about that now? There is a whole lot of help right at your fingertips and we're not giving up on you and you shouldn't give up on yourself. But you have to get yourself here so we can help as there are people all around here who will help.  Ask for help, have a willingness to be helped, have an open mind and make an effort to apply things that work for you. It won't be easy but it will be worth it.
