A Very Sad Day

It is a very heavy heart that I tell you all that our dear friend Sharon - AKA Smorgy has passed away. She went home to God on Tuesday, May 21st. Rest in Peace my Roller Coaster, Cruisin' Buddy! I will miss you so much!

I was so sorry to hear this news. I had the honor of meeting Sharon at EX 2 in Orlando. What a sweet woman! She was such a fighter and stayed so positive throughout her battle with cancer! 

As Giulia mentioned - Laura honored Sharon at EX 7 last weekend by wearing the special ears that they both wore on the cruise last year. Below is a picture of that....

God Bless you dear Sharon! I met Sharon in Orlando.......EX 2. I remember going on  search for Krispy Kreme doughnuts for her as they apparently don't have them in Minnesota. The world lost a very good person.

When I think of her I think of Love and Respect for others. A journey filled with Grace and Courage laced with humor and passion for life even in times of trouble.  I will miss her.  She brought us joy.  God bless you, my friend. Rest, your work is done. I know the angels sang when you arrived.  We are all blessed to have connected with her.
