Help, I started smoking again yesterday, I am so stressed out. I was smoke free since Feb 6 2019. I feel awful, terrible and disgusted with myself!

Why?

I mean REALLY, Why?

Stopping again is great, but if you don't know why, really why you started again, how will you avoid it again?

And when you find the answer to why, digg deeper.  There are always more complicated and more painful reasons buried deeper.

To me the word is What!   Why" can go on in redundant ways for me.   So I say to Kim What makes/made me do it.

Well, the way to start feeling wonderful again, is to get that quit back.  I gave up several quits at the three month mark.  It's a dangerous period.  Once I finally figured that out, I stopped relapsing at that period.  And once I figured out that I can't just have "one," I found freedom.  

If you started smoking again yesterday, you have the power to stop smoking again today.  And the sooner you right the ship back on course, the better.  It's real easy to just put off the next quit date until next week, and then some other "life happening" thing appears, and then it's the week after and then you find yourself five years down the road and you've smoked another 10,000 cigarettes and .....

Check out some of the material in Relapse Prevention‌  or put in @relapse_trap and see what pops up.  You have to stay very "pro-active" the first year of your quit.  Come on now, you can get this back.

I would recommend you HONESTLY answer the question:  How did smoking make your stress any better for longer than it took to smoke that first cigarette?  I will answer for you - it only makes your sensors stop jonesing for a fix for a few minutes, and then they started right back in on you for their next, and the next and............

Beating yourself up has no purpose.  Making a plan for what you will do NEXT time you quit and are stressed DOES.  Will you go for a brisk walk, come here and ask for help, or call a friend?  Make that plan before you quit - and I hope you will do it soon!
